-I am a guest lecturer and speaker in the areas of grief, communication, and families living with addiction.
-My therapeutic technique/style draws from attachment, psychodynamic object relations, cognitive theories, mindfulness practice, emotion focused therapy, and internal family systems.
-Most importantly, it is my belief to not pathologize any person! Together we work to create desired change and find new ways of being in the world.
-I am also trained in administering EMDR and hypnotherapy. Some insurance accepted.
Hours:Mon 3pm-9pm, Tue 9am-5pm, Wed 8am-3pm Th 8am-4pm, Fri 8am-1pm, some Saturdays.
